Your AwayHome app version, iOS version, iPhone model, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the steps that lead to the issue.

Please do not email your property address, house keys or access codes, photos of private documents, payment-card details, or any other sensitive home record. We will never ask for them to troubleshoot AwayHome.

Open the AwayHome purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. If it does not restore, email support with your app version and a description of what you see.

Apple handles billing, cancellations and refunds. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account. For an accidental or unwanted purchase, request a refund through Apple.

Check that notifications are enabled for AwayHome in iPhone Settings, that the relevant reminder is enabled in the app, and that Focus or notification summaries are not delaying it. Reminders are scheduled on your device and are not a property-monitoring service.

AwayHome version 1 stores your home records locally on your device. The developer cannot sign in to, view, or remotely change those records. Your device backup settings may affect what is retained when you move to a new device.

No. AwayHome helps you organize your own checklists, observations and follow-up. It does not provide emergency response, security monitoring, professional inspection, or property-management services.
